Campfire FX respects the privacy of its customers. As such, any information collected on Campfire FX will remain confidential, and will not be solicited to third-party purchasers or marketing affiliates. Furthermore, Campfire FX adheres to all guidelines specified under the Canadian Privacy Act. For your protection, Campfire FX utilizes SSL Technology in its order fulfillment system. We require that a "secure session" be established with your internet browser, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Internet Technology. This is done any time you supply or access personal or confidential information in one of our secure online areas.

SSL Technology creates a private conversation that only your computer and Campfire FX systems can understand. The SSL Technology encodes information as it is being sent over the Internet between your computer and FireworksChecout.com systems, helping to ensure that the transmitted information remains confidential.

The use of SSL requires two components: an SSL-compatible browser and a Web server to perform the "key-exchange" that establishes a secure connection to Campfire FX Web server systems. The technological requirements needed to benefit from SSL Technology include:

(1) A Compliant Browser: In order to securely access your personal information via the Internet, you will need a browser with SSL capabilities. We recommend you use the latest browser versions available to ensure you have a browser with SSL capabilities. Examples of SSL browsers include AOL Browser 6.x and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01+ and Explorer 6.x, Netscape Navigator 4.51x and 6.x, Opera 7, and Mozilla/Firefox.

(2) A Compliant Internet Service Provider: Nearly all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) automatically enable the SSL session described above. If you use your company's internal connection to access the Internet and you find you cannot access the Campfire FX secure pages with an SSL browser described above, your company may be blocking access via a "firewall." Please speak to your firm's Internet access systems administrator for further details on your network's Internet access.

Terms of Use

As a purchaser of fireworks from Campfire FX, I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. Canadian fireworks regulations restrict the purchase of family fireworks to persons 18 years of age or older. Campfire FX reserves the right to verify the age and personal information submitted to verify authenticity.

I understand that, according to Canadian explosives regulations, the purchaser of family fireworks bears all responsibility and liability for the safe use of fireworks.
